God Is Still Speaking
in the Metro and Suffolk Associations

God Is Still Speaking Initiative

We in the Suffolk and Metro Associations have been active participants in the God is Still Speaking initiative since August 2004. Our national Executive Council has voted to sustain the Still Speaking Initiative through at least the end of 2007, integrating it fully into the life and work of the UCC.

• Our national Executive Council has voted overwhelmingly to sustain the God Is Still Speaking Identity and integrate it into existing programs.
  
  
• The Ejector Seat TV ad aired April 3 - April 30, 2006..
  
  
• We gathered on Saturday, March 25, to prepare ourselves and our congregations for the "extravagant welcome" promoted by the God Is Still Speaking campaign.
  
  
• The "Bouncer" TV ad, which aired in December 2004 and March 2005, won the Association of National Advertisers 2005 Multicultural Excellence Award.
