About the Spiritual Renewal Center

Mission Statement

Out of the love of neighbor, we are committed to offering a wide variety of spiritual renewal experiences through holy traditions, both ancient and new, offered by practitioners in a home of trust and sacred hospitality.

Our Goals

To offer spiritual practices from a variety of traditions that aim to renew and heal the spirit. Through information and experience, in an atmosphere of love and trust, we look to offer seekers essential tools and foundations to further their spiritual growth and development.

Take the L.I.E. to exit 71 north. At the exit, make a left onto Edwards Ave. Cross over the RR tracts and follow to the second light. (It's about 3 miles) Make a right onto Sound Avenue . Follow east about 8 miles. You will pass Blackman plumbing supplies on the right, then Rt. 105 on the right and then finally the church on the right side of Sound Ave. ( # 5627 Sound Ave. for your GPS system). There is no number on the church but it's the only church on Sound Ave. in Jamesport. Call:

These Lenten Taize Services will be held at the First Parish Church , see directions above. For further information, contact Pastor Dianne Rodriguez, Kathy Bates or Louise Mannigault as shown above.

Come center your thoughts on the paschal mystery of God. A Taize style of service is primarily meditative, but it blends music, word and silence. It is communal, yet largely an individual activity.
