Dr. Bass introduced the annual meeting theme, “Be Transformed”. We heard about new church starts, like Journey UCC in Slingerlands, NY – “The perfect church for people who aren’t.” We gave our “Speak Outs” on a wide variety of subjects.

Representatives of our partner church, the Evangelical Church of Hesse and Nassau, presented their gift to the Conference. Before we “roasted them”, we allowed those who are leaving to give US their greetings. Here is David Felton addressing us. Michael Caine reported on Tent, the emergent new church start in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
