All in the Metro Association are invited to participate in the
Annual meeting on Saturday, April 26. Here
is the online registration form. You may bring your registration check payable to The

Registration is: $25 for adults, $15 for youth up to 18 years,
free for retired clergy.
Our host pastor is Rev. Dr. Sunder Devaprasad. Registration and
a continental breakfast begin at 8:00 AM . The business meeting,
including the election of the Metro Board and Committees, begins
promptly at 9:00 AM .

Theme for this three-day retreat is "Living Out God's Dreams Faithfully".
Preacher and Keynote Speaker is Rev. Laurie Tiberi, Interfaith
Chaplain at the University of Rochester. Worship Leader is Rev.
Laurie Craig, Pastor of Phoenix Church. Rev. Jan Mahl will lead
Bible studies. Workshops and presentations will include: Education
for All Christians, Journal Writing, Sacred Space Denied: Bethlehem
and the Wall, Our UCC Identity, and the new office of the NY Conference.

Metro Women's Spring Retreat

All women in the Metro Association are invited to participate
in the UCC Metro Women's Spring Retreat whose theme is from Esther
4:14, “Dream Boldly, Serve Humbly”.
The day begins with registration and breakfast at 8:45 AM . Toni
Walrond, pastor of Emanuel Congregational Church in Woodhaven,
is the preacher of the day. Denise Louther-Williams, creative performer
and drama interpreter, is the workshop leader. Cynthia Jackson
and Melva Victorino are worship and music leaders. There will be
small group discussions with facilitators for each group.
Registration fee of $20 includes the packet of materials, continental
breakfast and light lunch. Send you checks to Edith Houston, 188-40A – 71,

and paper.
