Registration is now open for both the Authorized Ministers’ Retreat and the Annual Meeting.  Details and links to registration can be found at http://uccny.org/events/annual-meeting/.  Registration closes at midnight, Wednesday, May 17.

This will be a very special Annual Meeting, for it will be held jointly with the Reformed Church in America’s (RCA) Regional Synod of New York.  The theme is “Leading off the Map”.  Our guest speaker for the Retreat and the Annual Meeting is Rev. Jim Herrington who has worked with hundreds of congregations from a variety of traditions around the challenges of personal and congregational transformation.

The Authorized Ministers’ Retreat is 1 PM Wednesday, May 24 through lunch Thursday, May 25.  Cost is $111 plus hotel.

The Annual Meeting is 2 PM on Thursday, May 25 until after the closing service of worship on Friday, May 26 (around 5 PM).  Registration is $73.50.  Three meals are $127.50.  Thursday dinner is $64.50, Friday breakfast is $28.50, Friday lunch is $34.50.

Special nightly rates of $139+taxes are available May 24 through May 28, allowing visitors to spend Memorial Day weekend in the greater NYC area, should they wish.

If you’re wondering if you’re reading the days and dates correctly, you are.  These are dates that work for the RCA, NY Conference and the Westchester Marriott and afford those who might want to spend Memorial Day weekend in NYC the opportunity to do so, and those who want to leave over the Tappan Zee Bridge a pre-holiday escape.

The Westchester Marriott is ADA compliant and welcoming to all.
