Suffolk Association

Churches in Suffolk County covenant to serve one another in the Suffolk Association of the New York Conference of the United Church of Christ. The Suffolk Association and the Metropolitan Association compose the Southeast Region of the New York Conference.

Our By-Laws provide the official descriptions of our purposes and methods of operation.

We gather in Association meetings at least twice a year - on the first Sunday in May and the first Sunday in November. On November 19, 2005 the Suffolk and Metropolitan Associations gathered for a joint Fall Meeting/Retreat at Garden City Community Church.

Because Suffolk County is often a summer vacation destination, we extend a special welcome to our summer services. Use the Our Churches section of this web site to find the church nearest your vacation spot.
